It’s Time to Talk is my senior thesis project engaging the audience to have honest and productive conversations about childhood sexual abuse prevention.

After expert consultation and research, one of the largest barriers identified in the prevention conversation is the discomfort felt by adults in the face of such intense subject matter.
It’s Time to Talk addresses this discomfort by removing the barrier. Posters and brochures relay important information about abuse and abuse prevention candidly. The environment is decorated with everyday signifiers of abuse. This exhibit both confronts the audience with its subject and extends a hand in solidarity: I Believe You. It’s Not Your Fault. How Can I Help?
