Considerations
Zeromile is a student magazine written and produced by the Zeromile class at MSU Denver. Subject matter ranges from social criticism to culture to art. For issue fifteen, the editorial direction explored the inception of mobile devices and their impact on our economic, social, and private lives.

The creative direction (from Creative Director Sophie Reese) favored a postmodern aesthetic that appropriates late 80s-early 90s internet aesthetics and adds a modern twist. As content developed, it was decided that each article would be assigned to "Light Mode" or "Dark Mode" based on its subject matter and outlook on the mobile internet's effect on our world.

As Art Director for Digital Media, my role was to manage our digital assets, direct visual design for the Zeromile website, and assist in digital marketing efforts. Alongside this, I authored and designed a spread for the Zeromile magazine.
